“A” Rated Windows
With the recent massive increases in energy bills, it’s
now more important than ever to look at ways to reduce them. Your
windows can have a big impact on the amount of energy you use
and the cost of heating your home. Safe & Sound can offer
you an “A” rated energy window, which acts to keep
heat inside your home and reduce your energy bills.
How does it work? The outside pane is made in a special process
that removes impurities (low iron) to allow more sunlight and
heat into your home. Whilst the inside pane is low emissive (Low
“E”) to keep the heat inside your home. This means
that you have to spend less on heating up your home and spend
less on keeping it hot.
How much less? Well on average the typical household will save
